It’s Thanksgiving. Be nice.

In my survey IĀ asked, “What would make your workplace culture better?”

61% of respondents said “A culture of appreciation.”

I hope that in the spirit of Thanksgiving you spent the week writing thank you notes and falling asleep counting your blessings.
