A huge thank you to who showed up and participated in this morning’s NEMA session. What a great audience! Special thanks to Diane Hessan and Elaine Clements who could speak to improving workplace culture from experience.
There were so many questions that were not answered. There was simply not enough time. This is a big, serious issue that cannot be tackled in one conference session. Now that we’ve talked about the issues in museum workplace culture, stay tuned and watch this space for forthcoming information about solutions to our problems.
